About the role
Zowie has a deep go-to-market partnership with Google Cloud. We co-sell, transact through Google Cloud Marketplace, and co-host AI Agents Academy, our flagship education program, in 23+ cities globally. This partnership is active, growing, and directly tied to revenue.
Now we need someone to own it full-time.
This is Zowie’s first dedicated partnerships hire. You’ll report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of our Google Cloud relationship globally. Your job is to make Zowie the AI agent partner that Google Cloud teams want to bring into their accounts. That means building relationships across their sales organization, driving joint pipeline, and making sure every co-sell motion and joint initiative runs smoothly and scales.

Who you are
You might come from partnerships, alliances, or channel sales at a SaaS company. Or you might be an ex-founder who’s built commercial relationships from nothing. A former cloud ecosystem employee who knows how large partner organizations work from inside. An enterprise AE who’s tired of just closing deals and wants to build something bigger. We care about what you can do, not where you’ve been.
Whatever your background, you’ll need:
- A natural ability to build trust and relationships with senior stakeholders, across cultures and time zones
- Commercial instinct. You understand that a partnership only works when both sides win, and you can find the overlap quickly
- The ability to think in systems. You’re not just building one relationship, you’re building a repeatable co-sell motion across a global organization
- Operational rigor. You can manage pipeline, track metrics, and keep complex multi-stakeholder processes moving
- Strong communication skills. You can brief a partner director and enable a field seller with equal clarity
- Comfort with ambiguity. This is the first hire. There is no playbook. You’ll write it
- Willingness to travel. This role is global and relationships are built in person
- Familiarity with cloud marketplaces, partner ecosystems, or enterprise SaaS go-to-market is a strong plus
What you’ll do
- Own the Google Cloud partnership end to end. Joint pipeline, co-sell execution, marketplace operations, co-marketing, and executive alignment
- Build and maintain relationships with Google Cloud sales teams and leadership across regions. Make Zowie top of mind when customer experience comes up in their accounts
- Drive co-sell pipeline. Identify target accounts with mutual fit, align on strategy, and support joint selling efforts that create value for both sides
- Manage marketplace operations. Ensure transactions flow smoothly and align on what drives value for both organizations
- Scale AI Agents Academy globally as a joint initiative. Coordinate with Google Cloud teams in new markets, align on local go-to-market, and ensure each edition strengthens the partnership
- Create and maintain partner-facing materials: joint value propositions, co-branded decks, and enablement content that makes it easy for Google Cloud teams to position Zowie
- Track and report on partnership health: joint pipeline, influenced revenue, marketplace bookings, and partner engagement
- Identify opportunities to deepen the partnership through new programs, certifications, executive sponsorships, or joint product initiatives

Our team uses AI as a core part of how we work, not just for speed but for creativity, research, and scale. We expect you to be fluent in AI tools and genuinely excited about pushing what’s possible with them.
Why this role matters
This partnership is how Zowie scales. Not in theory, in practice. Every major deal, every new market runs through it. You'll build the function that makes that work, globally, with no template to follow and direct access to the CEO.
