Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives: from “we have a problem” → discovery → design → implementation and delivery → rollout → maintenance
Work with AWS and GCP infrastructure (IaC, networking, compute, IAM, secrets), secure access and authorization mechanisms (DB auth, IAM flows, audit).
Define and implement patterns for auditability, secure access, logging, traceability, and compliance.
Communicate with various stakeholders to understand different infrastructure-related challenges, provide solution plans and ensure success of the initiatives you own.
Collaborate closely with developers to understand their workflows, pain points, and constraints; ensure platform decisions improve developer experience

5+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering roles
High degree of ownership and ability to drive a project from start to finish
Experience with GCP or AWS (IAM, networking, compute, storage, common managed services)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code in a multi-datacenter/multi-cloud deployment setup
Stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic can-do attitude
Good familiarity with CI/CD processes and approaches
Experience with visualization tools like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus
