5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong track record of delivering intuitive, high-impact digital products.
Prior experience designing SaaS platforms, ideally within B2B and for enterprise customers.
Hands-on proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, design tokens, and prototyping.
A portfolio that demonstrates user-centered, interactive design across modern web and responsive applications.
Knowledge of CSS frameworks and experience collaborating with Angular front-end teams.
Experience in creating, evolving, and managing design systems.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to transform feedback and insights into user experiences that drive measurable growth.
Strong empathy for users, and a clear understanding of product usability and psychology.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for innovation and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
