8+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in backend (.NET or .NET Core) and React/Vue or Angular
Hands-on AI expertise, ideally with exposure to agentic AI (e.g., Claude, Codework)
Good knowledge of databases, preferably SQL Server, including on-premises and cloud-based data sources
Experience with the AWS cloud platform
Strong foundation in software analysis, testing, debugging, and the full systems development life cycle
Ability to independently set up development environments and make autonomous decisions
Excellent team leadership and collaboration skills
English level – Upper-intermediate or higher.
