About this role
Role Overview
- Financial and strategic oversight
- Advise senior management on financial and strategic direction
- Drive the company’s economic performance
- Develop and structure the budgeting process
- Monitor investments and cash flows
- Prepare and lead monthly reporting
- Support operational teams in managing their activities
- Manage a team of 3 people
Requirements
- Higher education in finance / management control / accounting (Master’s in Accounting, Finance, CCA, DSCG or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a tech, software, or IT projects environment
- Strong accounting and financial expertise
- Proficient with tools: advanced Excel, ERP systems, BI tools
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
- Good command of English is a plus
