About this role
Role Overview
Maintain close relationships with the client base to ensure contract renewals and to promote the group's new services and solutions
Conduct sales and promotional activities, prepare commercial proposals, and proactively propose initiatives to promote offerings to the client base
Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base
Based at our headquarters in Fuveau, you will cover the South-East region; the role is field-based and includes some travel and participation in trade shows
A training program combining classroom and on-the-job training is provided to progressively build your skills on the ERP and our methodologies
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent)
You have prior experience in a similar role
Experience preferred in IT systems / management software environments
Excellent ability to analyze client needs and demonstrate the added value of our solutions
Strong listening skills and a team-oriented mindset, essential to achieve sales targets
Good capacity for learning
