Role Overview
- Define the team's objectives and priorities
- Collaborate in defining software and systems architectures
- Oversee, in coordination with Architects, the operational maintenance of infrastructures
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards and budgets
- Implement and manage DevOps processes within the team
- Monitor team performance and introduce improvements as needed
- Manage the team's budget and human resources
- Recruit, train and develop engineers
- Motivate and coach the team
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements in the eHealth/healthcare sector
Requirements
- 10 years' experience in infrastructure architecture
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to define a clear vision and translate it into a concrete strategy
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Experience working with agile at scale
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies, security, DevOps and infrastructure
- Languages: Fluent French and English
