Define and drive the global BI and analytics engineering strategy.
Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of analytics engineers.
Act as a strategic partner to leaders across Content, Growth, Finance, and Product.
Oversee the development and maintenance of our central data model, ensuring data integrity and a unified view of our performance.
Ensure our BI infrastructure is efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
Define standards for visualization and modeling, ensuring our data is not just accessible, but trusted and documented.

Proven track record (likely 7+ years) in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or Data Analytics, with significant experience leading and growing teams in a tech-first environment.
Strong understanding of and previous experience with data engineering, BI, and modern data practices.
Experience with cloud data platforms and BI tools is essential.
Familiarity with GCP and dbt is a big plus, though not required.
Ability to translate technical concepts and priorities for non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions at the executive level.
Curious by nature and courageous in your decision-making.
Passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
