Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to present complex data in an intuitive and visually compelling manner
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver customized analytics solutions
Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across datasets and reports
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to solve business challenges and improve processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, engineers, and leadership, to align analytics with business goals
Clearly communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
Proficient in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data
Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools
Ability to approach complex problems systematically and deliver clear, practical solutions
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into business value
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Must be fluent in English
