Be the technical focal point for customers and partners
Represent partners and customers’ requests and expectations
Identify opportunities, help map the customer/partner journey, identify risks and raise appropriate flags
Provide hands-on assistance in the field
Prepare, lead technical discussions with partners and customers
Collect customer, partner and market needs

Intimate knowledge and hands-on experience in the data center physical infrastructure and engineering
Customer facing experience, with exceptional customer success focus and skills
Hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of data center and equipment cooling requirements
Working knowledge of installing, configuring and maintaining mechanical and electrical data center systems
Understanding of server hardware components and operations
Ability to evaluate and analyze currently deployed Cooling Systems efficiency
