Support a variety of technical tasks within the IT organization
Preparing technical requirements and documentation
Writing, testing, and documenting code
Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues
Assisting with QA and application support
Helping develop technical and user support documentation
Writing Python and SQL to explore, ingest, transform, and extract data
Participating in DevOps workflows using tools such as Terraform and GitLab
Working with databases—including tables, views, stored procedures, triggers, indexes, and relational/dimensional models

Junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or a graduate student in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong team‑oriented mindset
Creative and proactive problem‑solving skills
Self‑starter who asks questions and seeks clarity
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Experience connecting to data sources, including external APIs
Basic understanding of cloud concepts (Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred)
Familiarity with development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, DevSecOps, and version control
