Develop visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, course content, and event graphics.
Create engaging social media graphics and advertisements to promote our programs and events.
Design event-related graphics, including banners, posters, and digital materials for both online and in-person events.
Ensure all designs adhere to @ASK Training's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all projects.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to produce fresh and engaging content.
Schedule/Posting of Graphics in social media platforms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required if the candidate has relevant experience and a strong portfolio.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography and branding in designing performance-driven ad creatives for platforms like Google, Facebook and LinkedIn
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of basic motion graphics or UI/UX is a plus.
