About this role
Role Overview
Identify and develop new client opportunities through various outbound channels
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, as well as prepare tailored game plan proposals
Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships by understanding client needs and challenges
Represent Envar at industry events, studio visits, and client meetings, both virtually and in person
Prepare project estimates and pitches aligned with Envar’s cost structure and service offerings
Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date pipeline in the CRM system
Work closely with production teams to ensure timely, efficient, and well-documented handovers
Adapt to established workflows while ensuring clear communication across all relevant stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Business Developer in the video game industry
Good understanding of the art production pipeline for video games
Strong research, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of execution
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to professionally represent Envar’s brand and values
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to occasionally work off-hours and balance this with flex time
Willingness and availability to travel internationally for industry events
