As a Data Analyst, your role is key to helping our managers and operational teams make the best decisions using data.
You will be responsible for producing relevant analyses, building actionable dashboards and, centrally, ensuring the quality and reliability of data across our stack (BigQuery, dbt, Metabase).
Operational Support and BI (Metabase): Develop and optimize dashboards in our BI tool (Metabase) to meet the daily needs of the business teams.
Train and support users to help them gain autonomy in solving their data-related challenges.
Build relevant data models (datamarts) on dbt / BigQuery to feed dashboards efficiently and cleanly.
Strategic Analyses (Top Management & Business Units): Perform in-depth ad hoc analyses to address strategic questions from the executive committee and the various Business Units.
Translate complex business questions into queries (SQL) or scripts (Python) to extract actionable insights.
Identify growth or optimization levers and formulate clear recommendations.
Data Quality, Validation and Reporting (Executive Management & Finance): Ensure the reliability of the data reported to Executive Management (tracking results, internal productivity, project performance).

You have a successful initial experience of 1 to 2 years.
You hold a degree from an engineering school or business school (Master’s level / Bac+5), or an equivalent qualification with a strong data specialization.
You have at least 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in a modern stack environment.
Ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders (Top Management, Finance, etc.).
You are curious and proactive — you don’t wait for questions to come to you; you enjoy digging into data to find insights.
You are rigorous and organized.
You are a good team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and collaborating.
Excellent command of SQL (your primary daily tool).
Good knowledge of Python for data analysis (Pandas, Jupyter, etc.).
You master the concepts and tools of the Modern Data Stack: significant experience with dbt (modeling, testing) is strongly expected.
You have worked with a BI tool (ideally Metabase, otherwise Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Comfortable with a cloud Data Warehouse (ideally BigQuery).
You know how to use Git/GitHub to version your code.
