Audit and mapping of pain points
Identify and document friction points in current tools (Jira, Confluence, Modulix editor, Assets Manager, etc.)
Conduct interviews with instructional designers and the product team to understand their needs and pain points
Prioritize improvement opportunities according to their impact on the product
Design and develop automation scripts (Python, shell/bash, JavaScript), focusing on high-impact quick wins
Build tools to simplify repetitive or time-consuming tasks
Develop integration solutions between the various tools in the production chain
Propose and implement process improvements
Test and validate solutions with product teams and stakeholders
Measure the impact of optimizations (time savings, error reduction)
Document created tools (README, user guides)
Ensure code maintainability: clear structure, comments, best practices
Train designers on using the new solutions

Master's-level education (M1/M2) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent
Engineering school background with a technical specialization
Programming: Python, shell/bash, JavaScript
Version control: Git, GitHub
REST APIs and integrations
Ability to quickly understand business contexts
Rigor in development and documentation
Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
Interest in pedagogy or e-learning is a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
