- Own content for the Sumsub Academy.
- Identify new opportunities to create or repurpose content.
- Transform complex topics into easily digestible content.
- Support the development of a content marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes.
- Uphold a consistent brand voice across all content.
- Create tailored content for target audiences.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives.
- Engage regularly with the content team to review quarterly results.
Requirements
- Advanced or native English speaker.
- 4+ years of experience in product content marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven success in leading content-driven campaigns for product-based IT/tech businesses.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant examples of your work is required.
- Industry knowledge (Fintech/Cybersecurity/KYC preferred).
- Research and analytical skills to gather/interpret data.
- Creative mindset while handling complex B2B SaaS content.
- Expert in writing and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing content strategies.
- Acute understanding of how content should be used across different distribution channels.
- Experience with analytics tools to track KPIs and measure performance.
