About this role
Role Overview
Providing technical support for the Sumsub platform for B2B clients.
Performing technical analysis and resolving reported issues.
Collaborating with engineers on technical action plans.
Acting as a liaison between clients and internal resources.
Communicating with clients via chat, email, and calls.
Requirements
Fluent in English & Mandarin (both oral and written, upper-intermediate as a minimum).
Basic understanding of networking, web, API requests, and SQL.
Curiosity, calmness, thoughtfulness, and ability to satisfy clients.
Experience with debugging network requests.
Familiarity with Postman or API troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience in technical support for web or mobile applications.
