About this role
Role Overview
Oversee Developer Services growth initiatives and drive growth strategy.
Build and nurture relationships with homeowner developers and secure new business opportunities.
Facilitate client meetings, develop responses to proposals, and create staffing models and pricing analyses.
Own national Developer Services sales strategy and develop a comprehensive growth plan.
Monitor KPIs and drive accountability across operating companies.
Maintain relationships with developer clients and manage client retention.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform strategy adjustments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within property management or developer services industry.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with developers and securing significant business deals.
Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales analytics tools.
Strong understanding of the developer ecosystem and the ability to translate technical needs into business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
