Requirements
5+ years of B2B SaaS or proptech sales experience in quota-carrying roles.
Proven success selling into real-estate or technology-driven industries.
Comfortable as a solo operator in a startup environment — you build your own momentum, structure, and pipeline.
Exceptional communicator with executive presence and commercial acumen.
Skilled with CRM and remote collaboration tools; able to operate across time zones and markets.
Used to traveling across Europe while having your home base here in Finland.
