About this role
Role Overview
Generate net-new and cross-sell pipeline through tech and agency partners
Own partner relationships end-to-end: outreach → relationship → referral → closed-won
Proactively nurture existing partners to increase referral volume and quality
Clearly position YOCTO’s value so partners know when and who to refer
Identify and sign new tech and agency partners with strong ICP overlap
Build a balanced partner network that compounds over time
Qualify partners based on real revenue potential, not logos
Aim to add multiple high-quality partners per quarter
Execute high-impact co-marketing plays with partners: Webinars, Case studies, Email swaps, Content collaborations, Events
Turn relationships into repeatable distribution and demand generation
Represent YOCTO at relevant ecosystem events, meetups, and partner activations
Track partner activity, referrals, pipeline, and outcomes weekly
Own and improve partner processes and workflows over time
Requirements
Proven experience generating pipeline through partnerships, ecosystems, or alliances
Strong commercial instincts and comfort with revenue ownership
Ability to build trust quickly and follow through consistently
Clear, professional communication
written and verbal
Comfort working independently with minimal oversight
Experience in SaaS, agency, ecommerce, or adjacent ecosystems
Existing relationships in the DTC, SaaS, or agency ecosystem (NICE TO HAVE)
Experience running co-marketing or referral programs (NICE TO HAVE)
Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline reporting (NICE TO HAVE)
Experience working closely with founders or executives (NICE TO HAVE)
