About this role
Role Overview
Targeted acquisition of enterprise customers in Germany to drive revenue growth
Close collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Build and continuously maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
Attend trade shows & events and manage inbound leads
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective customers
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
Maintain the CRM (HubSpot) with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data to optimize our business
Requirements
4+ years of experience as an (Enterprise) Account Executive in B2B/SaaS sales (quota-carrying role)
Results-oriented with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals (100k+ ACVs) and exceeding revenue targets
Experience in high-growth sales environments
Expertise in complex sales cycles and an understanding of enterprise buying processes
Proactive and independent approach to engaging target accounts
Ability to communicate and present convincingly at all levels of an organization
Passion for mental health, HR/people management, and New Work
Native or near-native German and fluent English
