Drive revenue growth by acquiring mid-market customers.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Continuously build a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting (including willingness to make phone calls) and management of inbound leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Attend trade shows and events to expand your network and represent nilo.
Regularly update the CRM with customer information, forecasts and pipeline data to deepen understanding of our business and sales process.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B/SaaS sales (in a quota-carrying role)
Target-driven with a proven track record of growing revenue and exceeding sales targets on mid-market deals (15–100k ACVs)
Experience in a high-growth, sales-driven environment to be able to hit the ground running in our sales setup.
Experience in complex sales and an understanding of purchasing processes in mid-sized companies.
Ability to communicate effectively and engage with different personas (C-level, executives, HR, finance, IT, etc.).
Passion for mental health, HR/people management, New Work and the desire to contribute to a purpose-driven company by selling a product you can identify with.
Customer interaction across the DACH region — native or near-native German and fluent English (company language) are required.
