As part of a 34-person social/payroll team led by Nathalie, our Head of Social, who is passionate about Dougs’ journey, development and story, you will be responsible for supporting clients with social administration:
Process payrolls under various collective bargaining agreements
Depending on your skills, answer social (labour law) questions, prepare employment contracts and other related documents
Manage social contributions for different clients
Set up new client files: liaise with clients and configure payroll in SILAE
Advise and support clients on all requests related to their social/payroll administration
Respond even to the most unusual questions
Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a similar role, acquired in an accounting firm
Ideally, proficiency in and ability to configure the SILAE payroll software (training can be provided if necessary)
A genuine desire to contribute to a project, with enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude
You believe that interpersonal skills, teamwork and positive management are the keys to success
