About this role
Role Overview
Act as the bridge between the acquirers and the EPI organization
Design a tailored implementation plan and ensure seamless coordination among all stakeholders till the go live
Foster collaboration, share best practices, and build momentum among EPI members
Monitor and report on implementation progress through KPIs and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements
+10 years of experience in the payments industry, ideally with exposure to banking, acquiring, or payment scheme environments
Strong technical and business understanding of local payment ecosystems
Proven experience in leading IT development projects within the payments sector
Deep knowledge of SCT Inst, cards, POS, and/or e-/m-commerce solutions
Solid background in project management, with excellent organizational and coordination skills
A proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and problem-solving
Ability to deliver high-quality work and track progress through KPIs
Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2); French, German, Dutch, or other European languages are a plus
Comfortable working remotely in a pan-European, multicultural environment
