Role Overview
- Independently set up, monitor and troubleshoot digital video advertising campaigns using our custom-built internal tools
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Identify trends in our data to support effective strategies that create value for our clients
- Own reporting and deliver actionable insights that go beyond graph descriptions
- Manage pixel implementations and coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate tracking
- Create offers and media plans applying yield optimization techniques to ensure quality deliverables.
- Communicate with external partners including film studios, streaming providers, and media agencies to ensure a smooth campaign execution.
Requirements
- Passion for film and TV!
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or campaign management
- Experience with paid social platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok)
- Familiarity with CM360 is a plus
- Strong understanding of tracking, brand safety, and pixel integration.
- Experience in an agency or publisher environment is a plus
- A proactive attitude, self-confidence, and decisiveness, especially in high-pressure situations.
- The ability to work independently, quickly adapt to new challenges, and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
