As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in driving the success of the team and ensuring their optimal performance.
Your main responsibility is to create a collaborative environment where team members can thrive.

You will coordinate team efforts, monitor progress, and proactively address roadblocks to keep projects on track.
Alongside your leadership duties, you will stay hands-on with coding tasks, using your technical expertise to guide, support, and inspire the team.
You will also facilitate agile ceremonies and help the team continuously improve their ways of working.

A solid background in Software Development (frontend or backend), with expertise in Vue.js or C#/.NET.
Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CI/CD, and related technologies.
Proven experience in leading development teams.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Ability to work independently and with a high degree of autonomy.
Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a big plus.
