About this role
Role Overview
L1/L2 support: Diagnose and resolve incidents via Slack, email and phone.
Device management (Windows / macOS / Ubuntu): Staging, deployment and physical maintenance of hardware.
Onboarding / Offboarding: Strict execution of checklists for remote employees.
Application of hardening policies and administration of the EDR.
Basic support for Wi‑Fi, VLANs and VPN access.
Maintain and update the knowledge base on Notion and propose automations.
Requirements
Proven senior experience in international, multi-site IT support.
Proficiency across multiple OS (Windows, macOS, Ubuntu), endpoint security (BitLocker, FileVault, IAM) and networking (VLAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
Ability to perform hardware repairs (RAM, battery, screen).
Tools: Google Workspace, CrowdStrike Falcon, Notion, UniFi/Arista.
Languages: French and English required for multi-country support.
