Role Overview
Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction
Provide dedicated support and strengthen client relationships
Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Must have experience in customer success management
