Benefits
Volunteering with krisenchat is an opportunity to gain experience in an innovative digital counseling field.
Due to the low-threshold nature of the service, you will be exposed to a wide range of topics and crises.
This enables you to expand your knowledge in crisis intervention.
You will work closely with a highly committed and diverse community and benefit from the variety of experiences and peer exchange.
We also offer free supervision sessions in small groups and regular feedback meetings.
Because the training and continuing education of our crisis counselors is important to us, in addition to a comprehensive e-learning program we offer participation in various workshops, expert consultation hours and lectures by external specialists on different topics.
In addition, you will have opportunities to get to know your colleagues through numerous non-clinical, in-person and digital exchange formats.
