Role Overview
- Oversees daily CAM operations to ensure timely, accurate loan coding reviews, validations, and Quality Control (QC) activities
- Ensures consistent adherence to QC processes (initial review, peer QC, rework, and escalation)
- Partner with Operations Supervisors to manage staffing coverage during peak periods
- Monitor rework trends to reduce repeat errors and mitigate risk
- Serve as process owner for CAM procedures such as the Loan Coding Definitions Guide (LCDG)
- Collaborate with QC partners to maintain current job aids and study guides
- Communicate underwriting and CDP issues to appropriate partners
- Provide clear, timely updates to leadership on performance, risk, capacity, and training progress
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of related experience
- At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience
- Related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties
- High energy environment that thrives on innovation and ingenuity
