About this role
Role Overview
- Lead integration and data migration design, field mapping, desired objectives, and requirements discussions
- Establish data migration processes including setup and management of database architecture for data migration
- Lead the development of business requirements, specifications, integration flows, data migration strategy & and testing
- Organize, lead, and document data migration sessions
- Act as liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders to communicate requirements
- Assist with configuration and designing of integration solutions on Salesforce
- Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities
Requirements
- 10+ years’ Salesforce experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading and ensuring delivery of all aspects of data migration including data analysis, mapping, and transfer
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and migrating data into Salesforce
- Experience configuring triggers, process builders, and flows with Salesforce
- Highly driven, results-focused with creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with software development methodologies i.e., Agile, Waterfall
- Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture
