You will lead a small specialist team focused on enhancing the quality of student data and improving processes across the student record system and wider student journey.
In this role, you will oversee daily audit activities and manage an ongoing programme of audits.
Collaborating with colleagues across the university to identify opportunities for better data collection and processing.
You will play a key part in communicating data quality requirements, addressing issues, and supporting key initiatives and statutory submissions in line with institutional priorities.
Requirements
Experience of line-management and/or experience of managing a team.
Experience of working to improve data quality and related processes within in a higher education student records setting.
Experience of reviewing and analysing records and data to identify anomalies and formulate options for addressing them.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to tailor oral and written information for different audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and persistence to resolve challenges.
Experience of collaborating with teams and colleagues across an organisation to achieve a common goal.
Experience of using SITs (student record system).
Experience of using PowerBI dashboards and creating basic queries.
