A large part of your sales processes takes place remotely (by phone / via video consultations) — allowing you to reach more customers per day and use your time as efficiently as possible
You independently plan and structure your customer appointments, consultations, and proposals — flexibly, efficiently, and always focused on your customers’ needs
You benefit from prequalified leads provided by the 1KOMMA5° Group — real purchase intent, no cold calling
You accompany your customers from first contact to contract signing — with clear, transparent communication and tailored solutions
Together with our project coordination and technical site management, you ensure a smooth handover and support projects until successful completion
You actively contribute ideas to the further development of our sales processes and thus help shape the success of your region
Requirements
You are highly motivated to start your sales career — or you already have experience selling complex products to private customers, ideally in photovoltaics and/or heat pumps
With your strong communication skills, empathy, and open manner, you can respond to our customers’ concerns and questions in an individual and transparent way
You have a good technical understanding and can explain complex concepts in an easily understandable manner — on equal terms with your conversation partners
You are eager to continually develop and to stay at the forefront of a dynamic industry with up-to-date knowledge at 1KOMMA5°
Enjoyment and conviction in your work are as important to you as they are to us — you want to make an impact and contribute something meaningful
You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken — confident in customer interactions at a commercial/business level.
