Role Overview

• Lead all Physician Services Pre-Access related functions
• Administer, coordinate, and review Scheduling team performance
• Identify and implement strategies to improve processes
• Promote operational efficiency and enhance patient experience
• Collaborate with operational, client leadership, and associates
• Manage meetings with client leadership for metrics and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• 7+ years of Revenue Cycle or Patient Access experience
• Strong executive presence
• Experience managing multiple health systems
• Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives
• Financial and project management experience
• Effective communication skills
• Demonstrated use of KPIs to drive team performance
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI in teams
