Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-value community environment that encourages active participation and peer-to-peer support
Collaborate with the Content Manager to create compelling, educational, and engagement-driving content
Execute and manage virtual events—including webinars, meetups, and user groups—and support the development and growth of a Super User/Advocacy program
Monitor community discussions and address escalations, misinformation, or policy-related questions within the community; coordinate with internal teams when intervention is needed
Provide platform education and “how-to” guidance by responding to provider questions and directing members to relevant Field Nation resources and best practices
Keep community content organized and updated by managing tags, curating featured collection widgets, and ensuring posts are accurately categorized and moved to the appropriate sections
Gather and synthesize provider feedback to inform product development, experience improvements, and marketing strategies
Evolve and enforce clear community guidelines and moderation standards to maintain a constructive, respectful and professional environment
Track, analyze, and report on community health metrics (member growth, engagement levels, sentiment, program participation, etc.) and build reporting frameworks that demonstrate impact
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Community or Social Media management, hosting and organizing virtual events, or a related engagement-focused role
Proven ability to build and grow engaged online communities with measurable impact
Strong understanding of community platforms, analytics tools, and reporting frameworks (experience with Higher Logic Vanilla is a plus)
Experience planning and hosting virtual events and webinars
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences professionally and authentically
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with marketing, product, and support teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and program improvements
Creative thinking with strong execution skills
High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and professionalism in managing sensitive or complex interactions
Strong organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
