About this role
Role Overview
- Join Customer-Aligned Team (CAT) model responsible for BaaS solutions.
- Lead strategic product initiatives for UniCredit Group across Europe.
- Build client value through scalable and repeatable solutions.
- Co-create use cases with clients and shape them into productized offerings.
- Lead solution design from idea to live delivery.
- Participate in pre-sales and scope technical and business feasibility.
- Manage delivery execution, remove blockers and ensure delivery on time.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure validity of the solution.
- Monitor outcomes and course-correct as necessary.
- Contribute to building playbooks for scalable delivery.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in product roles (BaaS, fintech, Embedded Finance, SaaS or payments).
- Understanding of the BaaS value chain: accounts, payments, compliance, cards, client onboarding.
- Experience working directly with clients to turn unclear needs into valuable product propositions.
- Results-oriented mindset, comfortable signing off scope.
- Ability to work well across functions: Sales, Compliance, Engineering, Finance.
- Pragmatic and independent mindset, enjoys solving ambiguous challenges.
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on value, cost, and impact.
