Translate business strategies and learner insights into inclusive training outlines and design blueprints aligned to measurable outcomes
Use AI responsibly to ideate, outline, draft, transform, design and develop quality content
Apply accessibility and inclusion standards to all deliverables
Design and build a wide range of learning assets, including eLearnings, instructor-led trainings, blended experiences, simulations, videos, assessments, practice activities, performance support tools, and job aids
Conduct learner testing, analyze feedback and data, and iterate designs for continuous improvement
Build professional relationships with key business stakeholders
Conduct thorough QA checks on all deliverables before deployment
Requirements
3+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or related field
Proficiency in authoring tools, media development, and collaboration platforms
Strong writing and visual communication skills
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and learning evaluation models
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and multimedia development tools (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, graphic design tools)
