Requirements
8–12+ years in business development, growth strategy, or enterprise sales
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA often preferred)
Experience in professional services, consulting, insurance, or managed services environments preferred
Proven ability to develop pipeline and close strategic deals
Strong market analysis and revenue forecasting capabilities
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership
Experience managing complex enterprise relationships and long sales cycles
Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills required
