Responsible for accurately recording guest tour presentation reservations in the system for the Hotel Marketing and In-House Teams.
First point of contact for the Marketing and In-House Team Members.
Assist Marketing Management in monitoring and advising tour flow and is the central hub of communication with all of the Marketing Departments, including but not limited to: Hotel Marketing, In-House Marketing, Gifting, and Hosts.
Requirements
Computer literate with excellent typing skills, 10-key preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
Experience answering phones with phenomenal customer service
Ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented
Excellent job attendance
Flexible Work Schedule including evenings and weekends
Must reside in a state where HGV has approved Work from Home (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)
