Requirements
- 8+ years building secure IT systems in complex environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Clear communication of technical concepts to various audiences
- IT Engineering requiring product engineering rigor
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects from conception to production
- Clear documentation as a standard practice
- Hands-on experience with major enterprise platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365)
- Experience building integrations against SaaS APIs
- Final escalation tier for services
