Role Overview
- Create high-quality visual assets for esports tournaments, campaigns, and daily content across platforms
- Design social media creatives, tournament graphics, YouTube thumbnails, and performance marketing ads
- Develop branding assets including logos, key visuals, stream overlays, and event identity systems
- Prepare print-ready files for offline and on-ground activations (banners, standees, merch, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to execute campaigns end-to-end
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across all JioBlast touchpoints
- Adapt quickly to gaming trends and real-time content requirements during tournaments
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in graphic design (gaming/esports preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)
- Working knowledge of coreldraw for print file creation and proficiency in Figma for collaborative design workflows
- Comfortable using Canva and Google Slides for quick presentations and internal decks
- Strong understanding of social media formats, YouTube thumbnails, and digital-first design
- Experience in creating tournament graphics, branding systems, and logo design
- Good understanding of print production (bleeds, color formats, export settings, etc.)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver under tight timelines
- Well aware of gaming/esports culture
