Write and contribute code to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
Contribute unit tests and participate in peer reviews to maintain a high quality codebase.
Collaborate closely within a small agile team to plan, deliver, and continuously improve.
Ensure operational readiness of solutions, including performance, monitoring, reliability, and disaster recovery considerations.
Contribute across design, development, automation, and operational support activities.
Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, and automated releases.
Continuously improve system performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and operational workflows.
Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD and automation.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Installs and Support teams to ensure platforms are production ready and well supported.

3–5 years of experience in DevOps or Software Development roles
Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, or similar scripting languages
Hands on experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Experience with Infrastructure as Code
Experience working with virtualised, containerised, or distributed environments
Solid understanding of containerisation and orchestration
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar)
Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
