Automation of IT processes: You develop and implement scripts — primarily using PowerShell — to automate tasks and processes in systems administration.
Platform management: You manage and optimize our IT infrastructures, including servers, cloud platforms, networks and applications.
Deployments: You support the automation of our deployment processes and develop Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines to accelerate rollouts and improve quality.
You implement and monitor automated security and compliance policies to support our security team.
Toolmaking: You develop tools and scripts that simplify or entirely replace manual procedures.

You have several years of experience in operations and/or systems engineering.
You bring solid technical expertise in the Microsoft product ecosystem — particularly the following technologies: Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, and data center environments (hypervisor, storage, network, firewall, monitoring).
You are proficient in PowerShell scripting and ideally have experience with other automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform or comparable solutions.
You understand systems and their dependencies holistically — beyond your immediate specialist area.
You think analytically and can quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve technical problems.
You are enthusiastic about innovation, automation and digital transformation.
You communicate confidently in German and English — both spoken and written.
You have a strong quality mindset and enjoy implementing new solutions and ideas.
