About this role
Role Overview
- Direct client contact with individual responsibility
- Advise entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals and private individuals across all aspects of inheritance law
- Develop tailored solutions for wills, inheritance contracts, gifts (donations) and waivers of the compulsory portion
- Represent multinational clients in both litigation and out-of-court disputes
Requirements
- Successful completion of legal state examinations
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience
- Interest in practicing law within an entrepreneurial environment
- Very good command of English
