Group Internal Auditor

Role Overview

• Independently plan audits, defining the primary audit objectives
• Conduct audits and document findings in accordance with auditing standards and the internal audit methodology
• Analyze findings and prepare audit reports with recommendations
• Present results to the Head of Internal Audit or the Audit Committee
• Support the Head of Internal Audit in developing the annual audit plan
• Contribute to the optimization of the audit methodology and deliver training

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree; professional certification such as CPA or CIA
• Experience in external auditing or internal audit within the banking sector
• Experience planning and conducting banking audits
• Knowledge of audit processes, internal controls, resilience, risk management, compliance or outsourcing, with a focus on private banking
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for an international bank
• Proficient in audit tools and MS Office
• Good German and English language skills
