About this role
Role Overview
- Overall responsibility for planning, implementation, operation and continuous development of modern IT systems and infrastructure
- Ensure high availability, performance and security of the system landscape
- Analyze and sustainably resolve complex incidents in 2nd
- and 3rd-level support
- Technical leadership and hands-on participation in demanding IT projects (e.g., migrations, system modernizations, automation)
- Develop and maintain technical concepts, documentation and operational procedures
- Provide technical support and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
- Completed education in IT/computer science (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience as a System Engineer, ideally in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of relevant technologies such as Windows, virtualization, networking, cloud and storage solutions
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, backup and security solutions is an advantage
- Independent, structured and responsible working style with a strong solution orientation
- Excellent German skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
