Role Overview
- Provide general administrative support within the national Indirect Tax Group
- Support Workday processing including billings, collections, and deposits
- Coordinate client acceptance, conflict checks, and setup
- Conduct and document related indirect tax research
- Communicate with tax authorities for information and registrations
- Prepare various tax returns and assist in filing
- Collaborate with team members on indirect tax matters
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ previous related experience
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience with CaseWare and TaxPrep is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
