Work with key partners across the business to design and optimise experiences to drive user satisfaction and business outcomes
Carry out user research to understand user behaviour and identify needs
Articulate key insights and translate them into testable artefacts
Define user flows and journeys, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
Create production-ready design assets and collaborate with engineers for high quality experience
Participate in workshops and design sprints to bring stakeholders along the product development journey
Regularly share work with your team and designers that communicate progress and design rationale

Portfolio demonstrating design process and core craft skills including interaction and visual design across mobile and web
Some experience iterating or launching products collaboratively with engineers, product managers and other designers in an agile way
Understanding technologies used to build world-class mobile product experiences
Experience in agile working and sprints
Familiarity with the fundamentals of accessibility and usability
Familiarity with prototyping and design tools like Miro, Protopie or Figma
Clear communication skills in English
