Role Overview
- Lead governance, risk, and compliance for the Security Defense function
- Manage incident management and threat intelligence
- Partner with Security Defense for execution consistency across Truist Protection Services
- Provide SME support for policy adherence and assessments
- Assess and consult on risk of non-compliance
- Facilitate design and review of process, risk, & control framework
- Manage metric results and reporting
- Collaborate with Divisional CIOs and BISOs for effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 15 years’ technical experience working in the GRC control function
- 10 years’ experience as a manager
- 10 years’ experience in operational planning, tactical planning, and execution
- 10 years managing simple and structured work
- 10 years managing complex and unstructured work
- 10 years’ experience leading diverse teams
- 5 years’ experience and expert-level technical knowledge of specific IAM areas
- 10 years’ experience with tools and processes for IAM capability
- 7 years’ experience in soft skills and interpersonal communications
- 10 years’ technical experience working for a top 10 US bank
- 10 years’ experience collaborating with various functions
- 10 years’ experience managing remediation of regulatory matters
- 10 years’ experience in strategic planning and applying industry best practices
