Lead and own architectural designs for initiatives, driving the creation of end-to-end solution artifacts and decisions.
Guide solution architecture implementation, working closely with senior engineers to shape system design and define non-functional requirements.
Conduct requirements and gap analysis, develop proofs of concept, and map technical solutions to business needs.
Ensure proposed solutions align with tribe-level architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
Build and enhance regulatory reporting solutions within Tax and Financial Crime Prevention areas.
Design and implement complex data extractions, transformations, and integrations (ETL/ELT).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setup to deliver high-value, compliant solutions.
Drive a culture of innovation and trust by encouraging out‑of‑the‑box thinking and acting as a dependable advisor to engineers and stakeholders.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, build strong relationships, and foster collaboration.
5+ years of experience delivering data-driven, end-to-end reporting solutions using SQL, SAS (base/macro), and/or Python.
Experience creating architectural artifacts and hands-on coding, scripting, and automation.
Strong background working with complex software and data-intensive solutions.
A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology stakeholders.
Experience with public cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS) is a plus.
Fluency in English.
